Dynamic meditation is vibrant, energetic and flowing meditation which helps you to restore your innate nature.
Vedanta & Tantra: According to Vedanta, reality within (self) and reality outside (world) are not two, but one reality without differentiation. In Vedantic wisdom, opposite poles (subject & object) merge into one reality
Supine and Prone Movement : These positions are essential for yoga practice, enhancing strength, flexibility, and body awareness, serving as the building blocks for various asanas, and are key to becoming proficient in both personal practice and teaching.
Mobility Workout : A mobility workout is a key component of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, focusing on enhancing the flexibility and range of motion in the body. It helps yoga teachers-in-training to understand and teach asanas that promote mobility, agility, and better body awareness.

The practical curriculum of our 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh adheres to the foundational standards set by Yoga Alliance, USA. The curriculum is enriched with alignment and adjustment techniques, ensuring proper posture and enhancing the therapeutic benefits of yoga.During the practical sessions, participants will witness live demonstrations and actively engage in the application of various yoga practices.
Asana is a comfortable pose of balance and stability. Asana is any relaxed position that induces physical stability. Alignment, adjustment and physical awareness are distinctive features of yogic pose. It steadily removes physical blockages and assists in the free flow of energy, thereby naturally building your immunity power. It prepares you for advanced hatha yoga’s practices. Mastery over any asana is a pre-requisite for pranayama and meditation.
Asana ensures free flow of incoming and outgoing breath. It prepares the body for more advanced practices in yoga teacher training course. It synchronizes your breath awareness with mind and the body’s effortless movements.
Breath is spontaneous. Breath continues even when you are in deep sleep. But when you become aware of incoming breath, outgoing breath and stoppage of breath, then it becomes pranayama kriya. You become aware of the ‘breath within the breath’. This subtle breath is known as ‘prana’ (breath-energy).
Pranayama kriya nourishes your cells, tissues and other organs in your inner body. It makes you grow vertically and horizontally. You feel weightless, energetic and full of enthusiasm. The mastery of pranayama is must to become certified yoga teacher. It gives you wisdom to transform your life and you move towards spiritual dimension effortlessly.
The Sanskrit word “bandha” means ‘bind’, ‘contract’, ‘hold’, ‘tie’, or lock. The practice of bandha is intended to bestow spiritual blooming in the optimal capacity of every yoga practitioner. In yogic lock, the breath is suspended internally/externally in sync with duration of bandha. Never overdo yogic lock practice, but practice as per your body capacity. The contraction remains for a few seconds in the beginning.
“Mudra” is a Sanskrit word for yogic gesture or aesthetic attitude. The precise movement of hands can be spiritual, emotional, devotional or artistic gestures. As you know, the human body is composed of five elements of nature. Five fingers of your hand resemble these elements. For spiritual gain, mudras are practiced in combination with yogic lock (bandha) and pranayama.
The word “shatkarma” is a Sanskrit word consisting of two syllables “shat” and “karma”. It is subtle approach to attain holistic purification. Purification actions are intended to keep body clean, energetic and productive. It also removes three “doshas” or imbalances from gross body. Any imbalance in any one of these “doshas” causes physical illness/diseases.
Shatkarma is subtle purification kriya of hatha yoga course which is generally practiced to eliminate three ‘doshas’ (humors). It gives you the feeling of inner purity and also infuses tranquillity in mind. You remain optimistic and full of hope at all the time.
Meditation is stillness of mind. Mind means ‘world’ which is ever-changing. But there is something ‘mystic’ in you, which remains silent, unmoving but remain conscious even when world disappears in deep sleep. When all the thought-waves disappear in your inner space, the higher “Self” descends on your being. Meditation is door to divine exploration.
There are many paths to Ultimate—static meditation and dynamic meditation. One is silent witness of inner world and other is playful, action-oriented where you dispel anger, fear, hate and others negativity from the mind. All the paths of meditation lead to the same divine destination. It’s your choice to pick and choose what suits your temperament.

With withdrawal of senses (pratayahara) inner journey begins. Concentration (dharana) controls the wandering mind and you come to the present moment. In meditation, all thoughts cease from the mind and void is created in your inner being. In Samadhi, one reposes in his essential being. Ashtanga yoga is a journey from becoming to ‘being’; from outer world to inner world; from objective consciousness to purely subjective consciousness.
In Kundalini Yoga, “Shiva” represents the cosmic consciousness, similar to how “Brahman” is understood in Vedanta. Both concepts signify a higher state of awareness and spiritual realization. Vedanta, often regarded as the essence of philosophical thoughts found in the Vedas, offers profound insights into the nature of reality. On the other hand, Tantra focuses on the energy centers within our bodies, known as chakras.
