Introduction to Payment Policy

The program booking terms and conditions are specified in the following clauses:

  1. Upon acceptance into the program, all Yoga TTC students and retreat guests must submit a payment equivalent to 30% of the total booking fee at the time of booking. Making this initial deposit implies acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. The initial deposit mentioned in Clause 1 remains valid for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date of deposit receipt. In the event of rescheduling the original booking for a later date, the fees, charges, and terms applicable at the time of the new booking will apply. The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable without any exceptions.
  3. The remaining fee amount, which is 70%, should be deposited on the day of arrival in Rishikesh. Payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, or through online transfer. Once the balance is paid, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable without any exceptions.
  4. In cases where special or exceptional circumstances arise, and the applicant wishes to cancel or forfeit the program, or is unable to attend for any reason, management may consider a partial refund of the balance mentioned in Clause. The decision to grant a partial refund lies solely at the discretion of management and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  5. The amount of any partial refund mentioned in Clause 4 is entirely determined by management, as well as the determination of special or exceptional circumstances. If a refund is approved by management, it will be processed and paid within 30 days from the date of cancellation or forfeiture by the applicant.
  6. The terms and conditions described above, as well as any explicit or implicit agreement between the applicant and the mentioned parties, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Furthermore, they shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the State of Uttarakhand, Republic of India.
