Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Choices
Once we receive confirmation for your participation in any of our regular YTTC programs or any other flagship courses; instructions and rules regarding payments will be promptly sent to your e-mail address or phone number.
However, you are requested to book your seat by depositing 30 percent of the total fee amount as advance for your chosen course to relief you from the last-minute hassle. The amount to be paid as advance fee is non-refundable. You must deposit the remaining fee amount on the day you arrive in our Satbodh Yoga School, Rishikesh. Payment can be done by cash, debit/credit card or online transfer.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The 30 percent fee to be paid as advance is non-refundable except in case of pandemic in which it is refundable. In case of your inability to come and attend classes due to the pandemic, we will return whatever amount you would have deposited into our account on online transfer. However, you must inform us through mail, explaining why you are unable to attend classes. In case of any medical complications during the training, course fees will not be refunded.
If any yoga participant misbehaves or misconducts with Guru, yoga teachers or fellow students, Satbodh Foundations owns rights to expel him/her immediately from the class. The fee deposited will not be refunded.
And if you are unable to attend a program on scheduled time due to any reason other than pandemic, dates can be adjusted within six months of the scheduled dates as per your convenience, but the amount you would pay as advance against total course fee is non-refundable.
