Daily Schedule

The daily schedule of 100 hour YTTC includes 6-7 hours of combined practical and theoretical training, with three breaks and Sundays as a weekly rest day. The training begins with preparatory hatha yoga asanas, gradually progressing to basic asanas. Before pranayama, students are guided to develop slow, even and deep breathing.
