Theoretical Methodology
The theoretical approach of asana, pranayama and meditation helps seekers knowing beyond physical practice. Asana is more than sitting or standing as it is practiced with awareness and stability. Pranayama is simple breathing transformed into yogic practice through awareness at different stages of the breath. Similarly, meditation is inclusive and can be practiced anywhere even when walking, relaxing or looking. Our approach makes these practices simple, natural and enjoyable to learn and apply in daily life.

Theoretical Methodology
Practical methodology is the step-by-step practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. It begins with the simple hatha yoga asanas that build strength, stamina and flexibility. Before pranayama, practitioners are guided to balance the breath through smooth, natural inhalation and exhalation from both nostrils. In meditation, focus is developed using a supporting object to steady attention. Gradually, this practice leads to support-less meditation, cultivating deeper inner awareness.
