Brief Introduction
A scholar who became a solo seeker
He completed his formal studies in yoga and meditation from the reputed Dev Sanskriti University (Haridwar, Uttarakhand) after which he continued his journey as a solo seeker. Over the years, he developed a strong foundation in traditional yoga, particularly in breath techniques to ease the mind overloaded with worldly information. He realized that a mind filled with knowledge and learned skill may be necessary for material success, but the perpetual joy begins only when the mind is completely empty or void.

Spiritual Philosophy
Yogi Simant believes that spirituality is not separate from life; rather, it is hidden beneath the constant noise of worldly thoughts and sounds. Meditation is a timeless path that helps one reconnect with the essence of being — an unchanging presence that remains steady amid the ever-changing world. He also opines that within every individual exists a silent awareness that witnesses all transformations of the mind, body, and intellect. Without this inner witness, the 'experience' of change itself would not be possible. He developed Sivoham Kriya & Bodh Meditation to help seekers experience inner stillness and their true nature.
