12 Days Bodh Meditation Course in Rishikesh

Meditation drops all masks of false identification until only the pure 'I' remains.
Bodh is the direct realization of your innermost nature as the dust of ego gradually dissolve from your consciousness
Meditation is the art of non-doing, where awareness remains silent and existence flows effortlessly through you.

Meditation is free-flowing river with no inner baggage.

It combines both support-based and support-less approaches to still and silence the mind. In the beginning, the 12 days Bodh meditation comprises basic to advance course. In the beginning, we use tools such as breath, mantra, bead counting or intense gazing. These supports are not the destination but stepping-stones to Bodh meditation.

Meditation is pure “I” with no coverings. Meditation is not an act of effort or doing; it arises when all effort ceases. The essence is to simply be still and allow it to happen naturally. We can only guide you to the doorway of meditation. But experiencing happens on your own. The experience may differ, but it is sure that there remains no pain or misery in meditation.

OVER THESE 12 DAYS, YOU WILL:

SEVEN LAYERS OF HUMAN EXISTENCE

Bodh Meditation: Layers of Inner Penetration

The traditional spiritual science declares that human exists in seven layers. The problem is that you are restricted only to add physical comforts and material security to the outermost layer of your existence. They may enhance your lifestyle, but they don’t fully resolve the deeper psychological and emotional imbalances that shape your behaviour and experience.

Physical awareness:

Hatha Yoga asanas refine gross awareness for higher practice

Breath sensitivity:

Through rhythmic breathing, it brings harmony in mind and body.

Watch your thoughts:

Be a silent observer of your thoughts without commentary.

Intuitive awareness:

Inner awakening arises when mind and breath unites.

Inner knowing:

Stillness of thoughts leads to inner knowing.

Essence of Being:

Your true nature is realized when meditation blossoms.

Bodh is a return from the conditioned mind to universal consciousness creating harmony in every dimension of life
PURE MIRROR OF TRUTH BEYOND REFLECTION

What is Bodh Meditation?

Truth is not something to be attained from the outside; it is already present within. When consciousness becomes free from all objects and attachments, it blossoms into “awareness”. Meditation frees you from the habit of labelling and judging, enabling you to encounter existence with a silent mind and an open heart.

Normally, wherever the mind goes consciousness follows. You perceive world through conditioned mind. Meditation is tracing back the pristine purity of mind. “Bodh” is perceiving the world as it is without inner commentary. Bodh meditation is discovering your higher ‘Self’ after transcending the conditioned mind and contaminated consciousness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bodh Meditation is a 12-day meditation program by Satbodh Foundation. “Bodh” means perceiving the world as it is, without inner commentary. It combines support-based and support-less approaches — beginning with tools such as breath, mantra, bead counting and gazing, and gradually moving into objectless awareness — to still the mind and reveal your higher ‘Self’ beyond the conditioned mind.

The restless, conditioned mind keeps you identified with thoughts, fears and external supports. Bodh Meditation traces the mind back to its pristine purity, dissolving inner chatter, emotional imbalance and dependency, so that awareness rests naturally in silent, effortless being.

Yes. The 12-day program is designed to take a complete beginner step-by-step from basic support-based practice to deeper objectless meditation. No prior experience is required — only sincerity and willingness to practice under the Master’s guidance.

Meditation is not about forcefully controlling thoughts. Using breath, sound and mantra as supports, you learn to become a silent observer of the mind. As witnessing deepens, thoughts settle on their own and inner stillness arises naturally.

Both have their place. Object-based (support) meditation sharpens focus and is ideal in the beginning; support-less meditation is resting in pure witnessing. In Bodh Meditation, objects are stepping-stones — true meditation blossoms when all supports naturally fall away.

A beginner’s mind is scattered and easily distracted. Supports such as breath, mantra and bead counting give the mind a single point to rest on, sharpening focus and preparing awareness to eventually let go of all support.

Object-less practice includes resting in inner silence, pure witnessing and a thoughtless mind — awareness abiding in itself without any external anchor. It is the support-less stage the first days of practice gradually prepare you for.

Regular meditation brings mental clarity, emotional resilience and inner rest; it softens fear, dependency and restlessness, and reconnects you with the timeless source of your existence — creating harmony across every dimension of life.
